I ordered the free sample. I was charged 148.00. I have called them six times since Jam 23. The phone number that I call is customer service. They told me they are basically a call service center and work for many companies, so they have no power to do anything. They keep passing the information to the "fullfillment center". I cancelled my order right away and never recieved the product and still as of March 11, haven't gotten a refund.
