I ordered a retractable home charger on Amazon,From Mobile closeouts.Order # 107-8186435-2996233. on the March,6 2013. Five minutes after ordering i realized i made a duplicated order of this item, I e mailed Mobile closeout immediately and tried to explain my misunderstanding and to please cancel my order , immediately they responded and said they cant cancel and its already shipped, I thought to myself what kind of scam business is this ??,, So i waited 4 days to get here, and it came with a different name on package, so i couldn't refuse it , like they suggested because they ship it out with different address and name.. Now i went to there web sight and they have a printable return label, but i would have to pay 3 dollars to get a 6 dollar item back to them..They are operating under very deceptive practices in my opinion. in there business.. If they don't send me a paid in full return address tag , i will dispute with my credit card company and file a consumer report complain with better business bureau..
