VC Merchant Systems, Ultimate Business Venture 7000N. 16th Street Suite#120-333 Phoenix AZ 85020 These are the people that charged everything on my credit cards. and Vendors Merchant Network, Combined are a Scam
First, VC Merchant Systems LL member contacts you by phone saying they are affiliates with Visa, MasterCard looking for people with a long history of being good customers. They say there are a few positions open to join them in helping small businesses get loans that otherwise are being turned down by banks. The reason they give is that banks simply are not making loans these days. Now they ask if you are interested, if you are they say someone will contact you to see if you qualify. Only recently I found out about paying for a website when I received my bill from VC Merchant Systems LL (866-288-9131) IL. There were a lot of papers I agreed to, but that was because I was caught up in the confidence game. I just did every thing I was instructed to do through e-mails trying to better my retirement.
Second, Now Shawn Anderson (866-604-7257) from Ultimate Business Venture calls to say that the credit available on your Visa and MasterCard accounts can be used to purchase bank files of applicants with good credit who have been turned down. Now when a loan is secured you are told you get a percentage of the face value. If they can sell them equipment for processing transactions with their Visa and MasterCards you will receive a percentage of each transaction for 5 years. The next question is how much would you like to make a month 2,5,10, $20,000? After you give them a goal they plug it into a math formula, the details I can supply when asked. The amount you can make is directly proportional to the credit on your cards you want to use. Then they tell you about all the help and support you will get when you become a member of Visa and MasterCard. At this time they tell you because they were with Visa and MasterCard they already know your account numbers and they ask you to verify all but the last four numbers. I questioned them at this point and Shawn gave me a phone no. to ask questions to Visa and MasterCard ( It was the same number on the back of my card). Now knowing they have your confidence and interest they ask you to verify the security code on the back to enable them to bill your account. Without giving it a second thought, you give the numbers to them. Shawn says that the person who will be helping and managing the files you have just bought will contact you soon.
Third, Now Tom Wilson calls and introduces himself as your personal contact from Vendors Merchant Network. They will make sure all the loan files you bought are negotiated properly. They can help you payback back what you lent them on your credit card in 30 days. You will also be getting a nice profit and residual income for 5 years. He says he and his staff of whom he is the supervisor will be working feverishly. Tom Wilson gives you his direct phone no. (866-456-2515) and says to call him weekly for updates. Sounds good but getting him to return a call is next to impossible. Instead one of the staff takes the call and tells you, you are on his call back list. I look at the updates on the website they provide and have never seen anything in the commission column. Now I know I was scammed. Please research this, press charges, don’t hold me responsible or allow them to go on hurting good honest trusting people can collect. Any way I can help to put these people away I will do. Just call me at(Personal Information Removed) Robert M. Since I have 3 credit cards involved I have been credited back from one for $12,495.

Update: 03/11/2013

You never get what is promised on the phone. They never call you back. You have no way to cancel.
