On november 5,2012 I request service to Dish the offer and special of $19,95 for cable and $1995 internet service with HBO<Cinemax and Show time for three months special. I eas paying the amount of $84.00 dlls per month. On January dish lost contract with several channels incluring Telemundo spanish channel the my wife and I enjoy they dish was in negotiations trying to bring the lost channels back.On On February I receive a bill for the amount of $129.00 dollars why? I dont know. Inmidiately call to dish and I ask why the person I spoke said the he was sorry but they are going to give me credit the following month. at this time I deside to casol the service with dish this was on February 13,2013. they said the they were sorry they offer me another three more month free for the premium channels. I said NO the I dont want their service no longer. The person that I was talking sent me to another one with the same offer and I said NO more. Then this person sent me againg to a tird person saying the same things of the first two i got tyre and said the that is it finish my service and no more talking. they promise to send boxes ti so I can send their equitment. Today is march the 11 2013 and the only thing I recive from them is another bill for the amount $110.00.
I report to you this issue and to help me to resolve before this guys keep biiling me for a service the I dont have
