i purchased a mobile home. was told several times that the roof was sealed the ac serviced. this was told to me by the office manager. four days after singing the lease i noticed a crack in the living room wall. i brought this to the managers attention the manager told me to cover it with spackle. i never did move into the home. i continued to pay lot rent.however i was late two weeks last spring. when i went to the office to pay the lot rent with the late fees the office manager had no clue as towhat i was supposed to pay. so i paid what i had been paying. the following day i was served papers i was being sued for eviction.from the time i noticed the crack until i was late with the lot rent i had an inspection done on the home. the inspection showed roof is the original roof iwas told several times it had been sealed. house is sinking off its foundation.this company will lie just to sell a home. they are only interested in making money.
