my number is (Personal Information Removed). Last month on february 11 I had purchased 1000 anytime minutes ans texts. I had not used up even a hundred yet on the 12th I had no texts left and no minutes. I called and spoke to a supervisor ..
My minutes were restored ..On March 11, 2013 I had a balance of 513 minutes and 879 texts, which I paid for;yet on the 12th of March my texts and minutes were stolen ; and I now have no texts and 250 minutes in my account. That is robbing the customer, taking advantage and abusing adisabled senior citizen. O should have 513 plus 250 muinutes and 879 texts left.I am requesting to have this problem solved
