Dear Scambook,
Back in October 2012 I have ordered 2 pair of shoes from the website Shoescanvas.com. After processing the payment they were going to prepare my order and have it delivered to be. However after 2 months I still didn't recieve my order and e-mailed them numerous times without a reply. I decided to contact the payment company 95epay.com who then got in contact with them. After many e-mails they told me the first pair of shoes was going to be delivered as they had troubles with the other pair. A week later they arrived. However we're in March now and I still haven't received my other pair of shoes. Both Shoescanvas and 95epay are not replying to my e-mails, even after I gave them all the required details concerning the payment for them to check. Even though I received one pair of shoes, I still feel this company is a terrible scam and I'm trying to get a refund on the other pair of shoes. I hope scambook can help me out retrieve the refund as shoescanvas.com has terrible customer service. The same goes to 95epay, which seems to be a scamming payment company and doesn't help out their customers.
