Purchased a Whirlpoo Ref. Model ED2KHAXVT Side by side o 10/31/11 for our Florida condo.Delivery date was ll/03/11. Upon our arrival in January of 2012 The ice maker was frozen up. Was told to call a&e Factory Service. Ref. was serviced 02/01/12;02/27/12 and 08/02/12 for default icemaker. Serviced again on02/27/13 for same problem.Ref. icemaker still freezing up. Have visited hhgregg in Clearwater {the company I purchased the ref.} and showed them my purchase agreement and copies of service repairs. They were to contact Whirlpool and contact me. No response. I called Whirlpool and was told to call a&e factory service again. They came back on 08/27/02, problem still not corrected. I called the Manassas, Va. hhgregg store where I initiated the original sale. Talked to Mngr. Walt Bagwell on 2/16/13 and he was going to get right back to me as to what could be done to give me a replacement ref. Mr. Bagwell has never called back. I feel I am bing given the shaft and that I am due a replacement ref. that icemaker properly works. Can you help?
