An automated call from Westjet came in and I awnsered it. A reprsentative took over and told me they have a great promotion from Karisma Hotels and Resorts. He guided me onto their website and I enjoyed it as those hotels are sponsored by Fisher Price.
I kept going and he explained me what my package includes for $999. 2 children and 2 adults to the Mayan Riviera and to Orlando all with Karisma Hotels. To use within the next 1.5 - 3 years and postponing whenever I want if not able to go in the time suggested. Only other fee 99$ for booking at time of booking.
The next day my credit card was charged with an amount of 1195CND. From a name I have never heard of and in the very end of the phone call after giving my Credit Card information he stated thank you from Gold Ball Group, and I was shocked, I believed I am talking to Karisma Hotels as he told me they just celebrate the opening of the one resort!
After doing some research and calling this scam company over and over I knew this is fraud/scam.
Watch out!
