Not keeping warranty on product falure. Wanting additional charges to replace units, pluse shipping. Was "told" over phone that even if these items were damamged by my own fault, they would be replaced "free" of charge. Now when I call, its a "Limited" lifetime warranty. Been in retail, understand, but this is not what I was told, only reason I ordered them. These Guys are "LIARS"!!! That is all I have to say about that. :(
