I received a call from Eddie Wilson on 3-13. He had a very thick accent. He called at home and got my Dad. He told my Dad that my computer is infected with viruses and is affecting other computers. I did take my computer in to Staples 1 week ago with virus and speed issues. I thouht maybe he was with Staples-Houston. My dad called me and gave me Eddie's Wilson's phone # and said I am to call him about my virus issues. I did call Eddie at work. The accents and the unclarity of the company name sounded phishy to me. I was on hold and I hung up.He called me at work -while I was on hold he located my work phone #. I told him my computer is fixed-he insisted it is not. He says he does work for Microsoft. I hung up. I took 5 minutes out of a busy work day to look up his phone #. He is quite a scam artist. He has been doing this since 2008. He only stole my time. He left me shaken -since he has my work & home phone #s. I have reported this to as many I can. Eddie Wilson needs to be stopped.
