I bought 2 pairs of Toms both were not correct when I received them and both said they were 100 percent authentic and it even says so on the website. They said if I returned them it would cost ME more money to return them than to pay shipping cost. The website specifically said that they pay return shipping cost.I received an email two nights ago saying that they wanted to make sure I got the right shoes and ask me which ones I wanted. I ordered those shoes on the 28th of February they should have already sent out 2 weeks ago. The first two pair I ordered were back in January. Do not order from this website. They said I could not get any compensation for my time oh and also those 100% authentic they claim to sell are not. I ordered a mens 12 for my husband who wears an 11 1/2 ...wrong color and he couldnt get them on bc they were too small.
