I have just been notified by my Bank , that my credit card has been direct debitted $14.90 on 16-3-2013 and then a further $29.99 on 17-3-2013 without my consent. I agreed to a 1 of payment of $3.95 for 3 days ONLY. WHY HAS THIS MONEY BEEN WRONGLY TAKEN FROM MY CREDIT CARD? I would like ALL my money refunded back into my account that I DID NOT consent to. The $14.90 was taken out at 12.50pm, and I was NOT even home.As for the $29.99, this was taken out at 2.51am in the morning. I was in bed sleeping at this ungodly hour. All this information was given to me by my Bank.
I am now having my Credit card closed for false withdrawals being taken out without my consent.
DOING THIS TO ANYBODY IS WRONG IN EVERY WAY.
Please rufund all but the $3.95 for 3 days that I consented to. IMMEDIATELY.
