I bought the unlimited backup plan for $95 on 5/26/12. They restricted my backups. I had 500 GB of data to back up,and I was only able to get 110 GB backed up and that took 7 months. In December 2012 my credit card was charged $50. They said it was because they were no longer offering the unlimited backup. They refused to give me access to my data and said it had been deleted. In February 2013 I received four emails offering me "free" access to the program.I went in to get my data and was charged $56. I've already paid for the program until 5/2013. I have dozens of emails from them showing they they are not incompetent, they are criminals.
