I was trying to change my address with usps.com, and I googled with the key word "USPS change of address", and this is the first website that pops up. The way their website is set up tricked me to think it's a USPS website, and I gave out my credit card information thinking it's a way to confirm my identify. I noticed that I was charged $19.95 within an hour and I sent them an email asking for refund. Their customer service phone asked that I left a message. It has been four days and I didn't hear anything from them.
