The pillows arrived and were unacceptable, they were hard, not packaged well at all and so I called the company and got a return authorization. Ticket created #CS00002971.

I have called this company 8 times leaving messages. I NEVER got my refund. I am seeking to find help to get my refund owed or $28 and due to lack of their response, the shipping charges as well $10.85.
