I purchased the Xbox points for my boyfriend's birthday. Bought them at 5pm Friday 15/03 via visa debit. Went through Verified by Visa. The site changed my order date to 16/03, funnily enough. Since then, I haven't received any emails from the site. My 'account' with them has details of my order which is showing as 'complete'. As their terms and conditions state it may take up to 24 hours, I waited until 16/03. Then I tried to phone them and went through to a machine. I opened a ticket via their 'help' option and didn't receive a ticket number or a reply. But my bank account was debited on that day (so funds were no longer 'pending'). 17/03 (my boyfriend's birthday), I phoned again and left a message. As I didn't have a ticket number, I opened a new ticket as well (complete with my order number, etc) and mentioned the fact that I wasn't given a ticket number previously to check on progress. 18/03 I still hadn't received the 2100 Xbox points UK (which are advertised as instant and are still appearing as 'in stock'). I completed a 'contact us' webform (as I couldn't find an email address). Still haven't heard back at all. My bank is investigating them now.
