I agreed to pay the transportation fees for 2 Teacup Yorkies, Which included them to bring them to my door and the registered papers getting switched over to my name. I got the E-mail from the seller (Scammer) saying the Transportation company should be getting a hold of me regarding payment and delivery time, No sooner than the seller sent that I got the E-mail from the "Transportation Company" I ran to nearest Western union to send the money. They originally wanted A Money Gram but I asked if they would accept Western Union they said yea but it would have to be sent to their Delaware branch and told me to send it to: Emmanuel Bisong in New Castle, Delaware 19720. The original person I had to send it to through Money Gram was: James Kennedy in Richmond Virginia, 23228. I have looked both these names up and the Emmanuel Bisong is from Nigeria and only things I can find on the James Kennedy is that he is deceased. The sellers e-mail is [email protected] who claims her husband is a police office in Richmond.
