I ordered some 'trial' product on 2-28-13 from this company. I paid $4.95 for shipping and handling. I called on 3-17-13 and tried to cancel the 'trial' and get a refund for a $97.88 charge that appeared on my credit card but couldn't reach anyone after holding for 15 minutes and left a message for someone to return a call. I received a call from the company today, 3-18-13 and was told they couldn't refund the $97.88 charge because the 'trial' wasn't cancelled within the trial period which I was told today was 10 days from the purchase date (I received the product on the 3-8-13 and used the product for a total of 9 days). The company did not clearly show any information about the trial period on the online advertisement nor at the time of payment for the shipping and handling, and they didn't show or state any information on the receipt or statement that accompanied the product. I offered to return the unused product (which is what they would have requested if the trial had been cancelled on time) and they still refused to issue a full refund.
