I went online to change my address as i have in the past before on USPS or so i thought proceeded to put all my information in i.e. old address/ new address. Proceeded to put my credit card number in to pay the 1 dollar fee i have paid paid before when i clicked enter this 19.95 fee flashed really fast across the screen so i hit the back button because i thought my eyes were playing tricks on me and if flashed across again. I then went to my online banking that's when i realized it charged me twice i gave been trying to call this company but keep getting this recording dating leave a messages , i called my bank to see if i could stop the payment as of this morning i am still getting a recording i just want my money returned.
