I received a voicemail stating that an Order to Show Cause had been filed and that I needed to contact my attorney. I return the phone call and spoke to someone advising that our conversation was being recorded and that a suit was being filed for fraud and he gave me a few options I could go to court, I could try to settle out of court. He stated that he was just the go between and he would contact Legacy credit card and see if they would accept payments. If I did nothing the complaint would be filed and they would seize my bank accounts, home, car and any other assets I had. I advised him I wanted to settle out of court but had no money maybe could do payments then the amount of $4406.00 went down to $906.00 at a $100.00 month then the call dropped and have not heard from them.
