I believe I have been scammed by a company known as tech pro support. As a pensioner and very new to computers, I paid them $315.00 on 19th December 2012 after being told my laptop was at risk. I was happy to know other people could help me resolve problems that I was unaware of. I believed, trusted and paid them but have heard nothing from them since.Does anyone know if there any way I can get my money back please
