I went to this dealership to purchase a truck. After agreeing to the sale price of 6500 I signed an agreement and sat down to work out the financing. I was told I would have to also purchase a Wynn's Insurance policy adding an additional 2,200 onto the purchase price. This was the ONLY way they would finance the vehicle! I did so knowing I would be paying off the truck in a few months and be getting a refund. After getting home and looking in detail at my contract I saw they had changed the purchase price to 6950 instead of the 6500 I had agreed to. Also the door on the drivers side would not lock ( a problem they said they had fixed as I was waiting) They absolutely refused to refund the difference in the sale price stating that because I was financing I had to pay the asking price, even though they had signed an agreement for 6500. I paid the vehicle off within 4 months and now they are refusing to refund my 450 worth of Gap Insurance, and my Warranty contract of 2200. Also a problem of note is the Warranty I purchased with the vehicle is worthless. I was told any service department accepted it (they do not), seems their service department is the only place that takes it which is a 50 mile drive for me. Also I have had the vehicle serviced twice with bills exceeding 800 each time and even though the damage was listed as covered on the contract they refused to pay. DO NOT buy from this company and if you do DO NOT purchase the extended warranty (Wynn's), it is a SCAM.
