The caller claimed to be the Courier Journal and said that "the card in file is expired" and that they needed our new card information. My husband and I had cancelled our subscription to the Courier Journal several months ago and we told the person on the phone that. Then the caller said sorry that he would update the information and disconnected the call. I called the number back since we had caller ID and the person to pick up the phone then claimed that the business what not Courier Journal but LLC and that it was an auto insurance company. I explained the call I had before and the person continued to argue with me saying that they weren't with the Courier Journal. I had reason to believe that this was a scam artist trying to get our card information. Thank you for your time.
Sincerely, Eden
