After 4 months of continual fighting with excessive bills from T-Mobile I finally told them to cancel phone service immediately. They instead kept the phone bill active and billed me again. I refused to pay and a small bill somehow made it to $674 which they turned over to Diversified Consultants(a law firm) to collect. I found that on my credit reports and I filed a action against it. The negative report was promptly deleted. After trying to close on a house I found the same bill was sold to Midland LLC and I had to pay or lose the house. I want my money back now with damages.
