I thought that I was on the USPS website to change my address for $1.00, only to discover, when I looked at my bank statement today that I was charged $19.95 for an address change, by changemyaddress.com, in Springboro, Ohio. The confirmation email I received did not have the amount that I was charged. I left the site thinking that I was charged $1.00 by USPS for an address change. What a scam! Who would pay $19.95 to a company to do what USPS will do online for $1.00!
