On Feb 13 2013 I placed an order of cellphone accessories for our business. According to the website I believed I was ordering from within Canada as they have listed themselves as ca.cellphoneshop.net On Wed March 13 I called because the order had not arrived, this is when I found out I was dealing with Hong Kong, they told me I had to wait out the full 10 business days (I can count) and I would have the order by Fri March 15. On March 18 I called asking for our money back since the order had not arrived, again I was told it had only been 10 days because it was shipped on March 1 (again I can count, already more than 10) .They told me that I would have the order by Thursday the 21st, I told them I wanted my money back and they said they would give it to me on the 21st if the order hadn't arrived.

Today is the 21st and still no order so I called again asking for our money back. The lady told me that the billing dept had to do the refund, she took my email address and said they would contact me. After reading all the horrible reviews about this company online I don't expect to hear from them and I don't expect to ever see the items we ordered.
