I ordered a bat for my son. It took 2 weeks to get here, and when it did I received a cheap no-name bat with the word "BAT" written on it instead of the expensive Easton bat I ordered. I contacted the company via email (the only method available) to get a refund, but continually got the run-around. The company refused a refund but finally wanted to enroll me in their VIP program where I can "get great deals at the best prices." So they were actually trying to steal more money from me.
