$324.42 was stolen from my checking account via electronic check presented by this company and it cause me to have an overdraft. i asked my bank for a printout and it was an electronic check for this amount by the company Intelcap. i contacted the phone number on the check and a foreigner answerd the phone whom I barely understood and I asked about this unauthorized action and she stated that they were a medical supply company and that she would refund my money and hurriedly hung up. I called 6 other times and the phone just rang and rang 4 times and the other 2 times a recording came on and placed me on hold for 3-5 minutes and then cut off. I then looked up Intelcap on the internet and saw where others have had this same problem from a company with this same phone number. This is a SCAM and I am reporting it. Now i have to fight w/ my bank to get MY money and overdraft fees back !!!!!
