AreoMexico employee did not allow 4 Americans to board the plane . Stating paperwork was not in order . they did the paperwork 7 days ago when we arrived. We had to go to their immigrations office pay a fine and sign papers in Spanish . Areo Mexico would not allow a credit on our purchased tickets because are tickets were used and they could not credit us as we were in flight to JFK. No were are standing in front of you,really? When we finally arrived at JFK we were told by United States immigrations officers this is a scam they are doing to Us citizens and it is against the law to have luggage on a plane unless the passenger is also on board. We are out 575.00 per person for new tickets. Travelers be careful .
