In January 2011, I sent my Rado Ceramic watch to this company who was to sell this watch and then reimburse me at a lesser cost. The watch was insured for $1500. In the last several months I have called and e-mailed this company for a check they keep promising me over and over, to no avail. I really felt they were a legitimate company, yet they still hold my watch. They latest ploy is when I call them a lady comes on (automated) and tells me to hold on while she will immediately get me contacted to her consumer dept. Immediately after that I am told that no one is available and to leave a message and someone will truly get back to me. This is happened a bunch of times. I do not know what to do. Thank You, Alex Colon
