Willaim Hogan of Diamond Construction looked at some roof damage after a storm at my home. He made a hole in my kitchen wall, a hole in the bathroom ceiling, slit the bathroom flooring open and ripped off a piece of sheetrock; he also made a hole in the wall in our upstairs finished attic. On or about June 29, 2012 Philbin Adjustment Bureau delivered a check to me in the above amount from my homeowners ins. co. I never cashed the check, I gave the check to William Hogan of Diamond Construction to do the work on my home with the thought that if I owed any in the end I would pay the difference once the job was completed. To date, Mr. Hogan has not performed any work on my home and I recently have repeatedly asked for my money back and he has not given my money. So, no work has been done and no money returned. I also have these holes still in my house and over the winter I am sure it has made my heating bill higher because you can feel the cold air coming in. Also, the bathroom ceiling had a little bit of black mold on it last summer when this was started but now the ceiling is almost totally covered in black mold. I have text messages I saved starting with Oct., 2012 & every month from Mr. Hogan that states he will be out and he never shows up. I just want my money back so I can hire someone to do this work on my home.
