I purchase a family cruise vacation for my family of 4 in Jan. I received my vacation packet from John with fantasy vacation which is the cruise superstore. I was to depart from Miami Florida on 1 April. They initially charged my account for the $900.00 and then refunded it, but they recharged my account again for the $900.00 and I have not received my refund. I have spoken with Adam Castro, Katherine and Curry about the situation and they all have only lied and mislead me about returning my money. I have had to contact my bank to submit a dispute. This company is a fraud and I want to make sure no one else gets scammed again.
