Ordered 2 pair of Adidas Adios here since this seemed to be the only store having them.
Order status has been "Pending" for 2 weeks.
"Pending: Your order has been received. We are checking availability of stock."
Have been e-mailing trying to find out if they are available but no response, tried to cancel my order but still no response...

Hi Henrik,
We appreciate all the feedback on here (even if it is negative) as it helps us improve as a company. I am disappointed that 9 complaints have been filed for Kicks Store as myself and my colleagues do our absolute utmost to ensure ALL our clients are 100% satisfied with our service and therefore recommend us to their friends and family. We are here as we are all love sneakers and are sneaker consumers ourselves.
We finally believe we have made giant steps with our Customer Services sorted with a more effective website updates making our site run more efficiently and be more customer friendly. We also have more staff to assist customers with is the main thing.
At the end of the day Customer Services is always an uphill battle for any company, more so if you are small like us, competing with the "big boys".
However we have served over 10,000 customers now and all the customers that have not been satisfied with I can count on my hands so we are getting there.
Let's hope your comment will be the last one on here now! (Sorry to go on but I do honestly assure you that we are a legit business, just with an overwhelming response from emails etc at times, which as I mentioned has now been attended to!).
PS. I'm sure you will see on your bank statement that you have now been refunded in full :)
