I was a driver recruiter for Kelly for 16 months. I left there about a month ago because I couldn't condone how he operated, nor how he treated people. I am still owed $800 from him and I know I will never see it, even though I have an email from him saying it is my money and he would pay it to me. In fact I have all of the email correspondence between us to prove he has lied.
He portrays himself as honest and trust worthy, but he is FAR from it! He is under handed in many of his dealings and the only thing he is true to is his love of money. He says he is fourth generation truck driver, he isn't, neither is his father a driver. He was in the financial industry, before he became a recruiter, at least that's what I was told.
He has cheated several other former recruiters out of their pay also, a fact he denies, just as he denies all of his other lies that are now coming to light. There are two recruiters that I have spoken with on March 23, that are recruiting else where with out Kelley's knowledge, because they don't want him to steal their final pay when he finds out they went somewhere else.
I just want anyone who may be considering working for him, to know what kind of person he is. While I don't believe he would steal people's ID information, I do however, believe he will do most anything else to make a buck. Whether it is honestly earned, or not! I will be glad when the day comes that he is out of business and will no longer be stealing other folks money.

I am a Very Happy Long Term Recruiter for Kelly Kubit-Hall of Fame Trucking. I am addressing YOU Bubba and any others that have Issues. I have been on calls with Kelly talking to "wanna be" recruiters and listened when the recruiter says oh yea I can bring in X number of truck drivers for these companies that Hall of Fame Trucking Represents only to hear that they can't secure 1 within 6 months, Bubba, that was probably you?
As far as illegal practice, NO, it is NOT illegal to interview a person over the phone for a position including truck driving and NO you Do Not Have to Give Your SS number to anyone at All, however getting any job without providing it is cumbersome. The GOVERNMENT needs it, BLAME THEM! Not Hall of Fame Trucking or kelly Kubit!
kelly Kubit of Hall of Fame Trucking is a Straight Forward Honest Business Man and I Will Walk along side him with several other Hall of Fame Recruiters!
