My son thought he was calling Apple. He lost his ipod and was told they could help find it for 19.99. He gave my credit information and was trasferred to numerous department. 2 1/2 hours later no ipod was found he got a apology and they stated we would get the credit of 19.99. Next morning I noticed a charge on my bank account for 99.99. I called the company and had the joy of speaking to Drew and he stated it would take 7-10 to review the call. Really!! I asked for the supervisor and spoke w Roxanne she blamed the misinformation on my 13 year old. Dont fall for this scam
