Suddenly a charge appeared on my online account for USD$19.95 and I knew it couldnt be me because I hadnt used my card for over three days and hadnt used it online for quite some time. This appeared on my account and I disputed it straight away even though I was told to wait til it cleared. Where has my money gone!!!
