i tried ringing up HP support for my faulty photosmart HP printer that was always jamming papers. i stumbled into a lady with an indian speaking accent..who eventually gained access into my computer via TEAMVIEWER and installed a csrss virus on my system..now i can't delete it off my system..she also access all my personal information on my laptop including my passwords?..what should i do please...can anyone help?...
