Like other customers I thought from their marketing material that I was getting a free sample for the price of postage only £3.95 but they didn't alert me to the small print which I suggests that if you don't return to product within 14 days you will be charged full price. They gave no return address and I was charged the full price of £87.95. I blamed myself for not looking at the small print earlier (or maybe it was not available then)and accepted this loss. However I was shocked to find another pack of the products arrived a month later without my ordering them and my account has been charged a further £69.95 but this time from a different but related company (Antiagelink.com) I went on to the website of the Dead Sea kit company and found after a lot of searching that I now had an account with them with the option to choose how frequently I received more of the products. This was set to the default of once a month. At no time did I agree to this and the company never altered me to the fact that this would be happending. I have emailed them and they have offered to give me a refund but will not pay the postage and say I have to return it to Israel which will cost me around 50% of what the product costs i expect.
