06/12/2012 I ordered a set of Italian furniture, which was delivered 12/31/2012. According to the requirements of the store I had to pay the full amount before the furniture is brought into the house and opened it. I immediately pointed out to the baggage handlers not allowable defects. (severe wrinkles and discolored spots on trim) I was assured that I will not have no problems. I took a few pictures and sent them to the store. The store owner has received them, and confirmed that the furniture is defective, he contacted with the manufacturer, and promised that I will get a new set. Three months passed and it became clear that this issue no one does. To prove I am ready to provide pictures and all correspondence.
