my husband ordered a tv from Roman on 1/7/13. He wired the money on 1/8/13. Waited 4 weeks for tv that was "on it's way" and "it's arrived in Reno now." finally Roman said "my supplier dropped the ball and we will have to refund your money." then it became "your routing number is wrong. the wire has been rejected 3 times." "ask your bank to do a reverse wire" "let's do paypal to speed this up and avoid any more delays." Needless to say, we setup a paypal and nothing has been deposited. it has been 12 weeks now. Roman gave me a cell number for Ulyana, supposedly the owner, if you believe him. Just goes to another voicemail. 425-931-1320. I have filed a BBB complaint and have emailed Jessie Jones on channel 4 in Washington regarding this.

Update: 04/11/2013

A miracle happened!!! We got our money back. Roman went to our bank and deposited cash. This happened after I had his direct number and Ulyana's cell number on redial and called them day and night. Don't let them get away with this.
