Complaint 225940 Details

I ordered clothing from this site on 2/11/13. They told me that I would receive the items in 3-5 business days, after waiting a total of 30 days to receive my order I began to call and email them about my order. The phone number listed is not a good number and they only respond to emails. They told me that I would receive my order in 5 more days and they order wasn't received until 3/22/13. I order 4 pieces of clothing and only received 2 pieces and they were nothing like the website described.... wrong size, material , looked nothing like the pictures in the ads. I then contacted them again via email and they told me that the only way I would receive a full refund is if I sent the items back at my expense and only if the seller chooses to give me a refund will I get it back. I explained to them that this was unacceptable. They then told me to keep the items that I could do nothing with and they would give me about $2.00 back and would cancel the rest of my order and refund the money back. I advised them to cancel the rest of my order and give me my money back, however they never gave me my money back. This site is a total scam do not purchase nothing from this site. Complete rip off.
