This person posted ad on the internet, looking new home for her two maltese puppies. She claimed that she got the puppies from her cousin who recently passed away. She couldn't provide good care of these pups and need to find a good home for them. After communicating with her via emails, I agreed to adopt her puppies. She said she wanted to adopt them out for free, but I needed to pay for shipping cost so they can deliver the puppies from Casper, WY to my location. I sent the payment via Western Union. They took the money and puppies never arrived.
