I ordered and pre paid for a custom leather coat, they sent the wrong size, I returned it for the correct size, I have been waiting since Nov.2012
I Ordered a custom made leather trench coat from www.Leather-Shop.Biz on November 21 2012,coat was pre-paid through paypal,I received the coat on December 31,2012. The measurements I submitted were not followed and the coat was too small in areas. I returned the coat back to the vendor on Jan.2, 2013, as per the vendors instructions and guarantees on his website. It is now March 27,2013 and I still have not received my coat, the vendor says he is having monetary problems with his courier? I am including all the correspondence between myself and the vendor;

Ron,I received the coat today and it is beautiful, the only problem is it doesn't fit in the shoulders and chest. Would a 4X be a better fit? Do I return the coat to you and if so please send me your mailing address asap.

Hi Joe, sorry to hear coat is too small thats why i put standard and custom charts on the site sometimes you have to go between sizes.

Is there any way you can resell that coat locally on craigslist or something, this is a big blow to us our cost is over $175 plus shipping. If you can i can sell you a 2nd coat for $200 all in.

Otherwise you need to send the coat back by USPS cheapest way and cover courier back to you which is about $60.

Nobody here uses Craigslist I doubt if I would be able to resell the coat. If it helps I took the coat to a tailor to confirm the measurements I sent to you against the coats' measurements and there were 4 errors.

1. Biceps were supposed to be 21", the coat measured 20.5"
2. Neck was supposed to be 20.5", the coat measured 20"
3. Chest supposed to be 52.5", the coat measured 52"
3. Sleeve length supposed to be 27", the coat measured 26.5"

As you can see the combined shortages make it impossible to button the coat without tearing the buttons off.
I would have your manufacturer absorb the costs of a replacement coat, maybe add a half inch to 3/4 of an inch to the areas they screwed up on.
I will send the coat back to you plus cover return courier, what is your mailing address?

Hi Joe i am at my girlfriends until the end of the month so send it here.
Must address package exactly as written below. so both of us will be able to pick it up
if you address it differently it might not be able to sign for it i do not have id as Leather-Shop it happened before and package was returned and customer had to resend and pay twice to return. If you send by any other way i will not sign for it i paid $1000s in customs fees for my own products over the years because customers did not follow instructions.

Send only by USPS flat rate box - UPS or FEDEX
charge customs 100% of the time to Canada no exceptions they are b*****s working for the GOV collecting taxes from customers.

anyway also send a note with new measurements in package - i also have your e-mail but i want measurements in hand when i get the coat.

On Customs form under DESCRIPTION put leather coat - return for exchange
Value = put $100 in case USPS does charge me Customs if you put no value and they
stop it they will give it a value of $500-600 they always over estimate.

Hi Joe yes we have a problem with our courier they want $5000 upfront to they want payments in advance from end of Feb. So we are having a bit of problem with that right now. Be patient it is coming. Thanks
