I purchased a Maytag Washer from Home Depot. It is an energy efficient type of product. After having it delivered I have tried everything I can think of to make this machine operate properly. It simply does not was the clothes clean. I have used the same type of clothes on every cycle using different types of laudry detergent and nothing works. I have tried different water temperatures also. After working with this problem to make sure it wasn't operator error, I finally called for a service man. He came and checked all the components in the machine and said they are working correctly. I called Maytag and explained what I had done over these months to get to a proper cycle and situation with no success. They basically told me too bad. They won't take it back and they won't exchange if for another machine.
