The dispute is w/Darla & Darrel who is my brother & w/Directv. they took out $943.06 out of my checking account w/out my permission, it was my brothers bill, he had been making all the payments on his Visa I have a Mastercard. I had directv about 4 yrs ago when i could afford it. and I still have the same Mastercard - Debit account w/same bank. Every time we called D-TV we got a different story, the last time we talked was 4/01/13 to Darlenes #1882882, she said if we got basic cable for 17months @ about $30.00 a month I could get $600.00 back the day in my account,{I also filled out the proper papper work w/my bank which she also knew}? also this conversation was recorded w/ both sides of conversations. So we did not go w/the cable she offered and said the only thing that she can suggest is talk to Billing Dept.So we talked to Al #00488193 this was also recorded, we were on the phone for over 2hrs,when Al looked @ Darrels info Al said that i never made a payment on darrels D-TV he could not tell me how D-TV got my Mastercard # and Darrels was paying w/his Visa all that time. then Darrel asked what last 4 #s they had for his Visa, Al said it was 0009 Darrels said thats not my last 4 #s but they are on my visa card there just not the last 4digits. Then Al realized it was a mistake on there part, calculated that Darrel dosen't owe as much as they thought but mean while i payed the BILL? I have had o borrow money just to get out of the red w/my bank as it goes into the new month hopping nothing else bounces.we have talked to many Directv personal and spent many hours on this.what else can i do?
