After doing an online survey, I accepted a free gift of some collagenta serum, paying the p+p charge and it arrived within a week. Two weeks later there's a charge on my statement for £97. It was clearly offered as a free gift, and as such is not chargeable later. I cannot afford this. If I wanted to spend £100 on face cream is go for crem de la mer. £2.99 for postage was a bargain. £97, not so much.
