I was writing a huge paper for my class to graduate this semester and my computer crashed. I needed all of the paper that I already written and paid $100 to talk with a tech support agent because that is who they said would be able to help. He told me a few things that seemed correct and then told me buy an external hard drive that would have everything i had on my computer before the crash. This was another $150.00. They said it would be here Wednesday and come Wednesday no sign of it. I called to find out where it was and they hung up on me. My boyfriend continued to call multiple times and got different answers from every representative. He called back on the Thursday to make sure that we were getting ripped off and they said they had no record of us or the order, although his account was charged the fees. He went to the bank immediately and filed a dispute with these guys. They are ridiculous and nothing but a huge waste of time. Just go to the geek squad if you have any issues and save yourself time and money.
