On oct 2012 ,I responded to a promotional offering for Vitalyze and Sylk skin products. In Dec 2012, I received i shipment of the same products which I did not ordered, in the first place I,m not impressed with the products.
On Dec 24,2012 I called their customer service and requested to close my account with them and stop all future shipments. I was assured by their representative that my account was cancelled.
Last March I received another shipment costing almost $200. I immediately sent an email to their customer service questioning why and I attached my Dec 24,2012 email to them. The person I was talking to said that only the current shipment was cancelled and not future shipments. I specifically told them to cancel my account which was very clear in my email.
This company is charging people's credit cards without any authorization.$200 is a lot of money for a product that I don't use.
They should be stopped robbing people's credit card.
