SlimTone Plus, BodyCleanse Plus, or Ketone Premium, Cleanse Premium
Complaint 226914 Details

I saw a publicity in my Facebook account about a diet/slimming product that provided an article with details of people who lost between 10 and 14 kg in less than 3 months, WITHOUT EXERCISES.

They promised to send you the product for free, and you only had to pay about 4 euros (that ended up being 42,50 euros in my credit card account for the first time).

In the second month, without my request, I received a double dosage of the product (and I was charged more than the 42,50 euros, 145 euros, but did not notice immediately).

In the third month, without my request, I received 4 times the product, but was charged for an amount equivalent to 10 times the product (= 410.30 euros, instead of the initial 42,50 euros that was taken in the first month).

Further details:
1) in my credit card account, the company's name was listed either as BodyCleanse, Slimtone Plus or as Herbal SupplementsXXGB. They may be using other names...

2) The company (ies) charged different amounts every month, ranging from 3,49 plus 6,95 euros in the first month to 6 charges a few months later (in only a month) of between 42,50 to 91,95 euros.

3) The products BodyClean Plus and SlimTone Plus are no longer being published in Facebook. Now, the same products appear with a different name, also in Facebook (it appeared TODAY, the 05 April 2013 in my Facebook account): Ketone Premium, Cleanse Premium.
